By turning to a private investigation agency through the investigations carried out, the entrepreneur has the possibility of knowing exactly whether there have been cases of disloyalty on the part of one or more partners, whether this or more than one of them entertains relations that conflict with the interests of the company to which they belong, transmits confidential information to third parties, who of course have no right to it, and whether, therefore, they have gone against the duties that are inherent in the legal figure of a partner. The company contract, in fact, binds the partners of a company to a pact of mutual loyalty.
